Refund policy

If you believe that you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Please call our customer care at +91-9884737222 or email us at hello@spicehillfarms.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. In case you have already taken delivery of the order and find that the food items are in an unsatisfactory condition after opening the package, please email us at hello@spicehillfarms.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered to your address. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days.
