Pepper

This spicy, complex pepper was grown, harvested & sun dried at our farm in Burliar, Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu. Supported by tall fig and silver oak trees, our pepper vines are grown through biodynamic farming practices. Great for digestion, Black pepper is also an excellent source of manganese and vitamin K. Adding black pepper to meals improves absorption of nutrients due to an antioxidant called Piperine. A great black pepper, freshly ground can elevate the deliciousness of any dish or beverage.
